All sliding surfaces of our chucks are processed through hardened treatment, precision grinding and directly lubricated. In additional, it has high rigidity and high clamping accuracy.
The chuck is solid and durable and it can operate smoothly at high speed. It also has high accuracy for positioning repetition and large clamp force and suitable for automatic production. The through hole design can be used for long work-piece processing.
Various size of chucks are provided, like 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch and 15 inch. Except standard size chuck, customized chucks are also provided according to your drawing and requirement.
